Singapore National Day Reception, Geneva
I've never wavered on my impression of home and what it holds for me.
But what does that same home mean to everyone else, those who are also away?
Got no answers, it's a process.
Me, I'm slowly getting re-acquainted with Singapore through overseas Singaporeans.

Hope you had a good time at the reception!
What does your hubby doing with that bag (?) on his head...?
Looking forward to seeing you very soon!
Ha ha, well spotted, Nat! I think Ste got so used to sporting headgear after LSE graduation that he couldn't resist the charming laminated paperbag. Apparently balancing stuff like that improves one's posture ... so I'm told ...
Hahahaha, improving his posture? That's excellent! He should've done that BEFORE the graduation ceremony!
By the way, Dotted Line looks excellent, I might as well order one dress....(!)
Yeah, I can't wait for Dot's next collection, coming very soon ...
could we have a series of photos of you wearing dotted line attire?
I love the clothes - too bad I can't fit them :(
I was going to say - I love the expat community of Canadians here in London. I get reminded that Canada is not only full of greatness but also a few weirdos too.
It keeps me humble.
xx

Hi Pink,
So true! The diversity of fellow countrywomen and men is something to be appreciated, especially when we're far far away.
Congrats again on Kenya, you deserve all good things!
